Making life a little easier
Ever since I had my son I am always on the lookout on how to make life a little easier. Although these things are discovered once the problem has been realized, they help nonetheless. One of the first things was a bath wrap. The hooded towels that are shaped to wrap easily around a baby help so much after a bath when a baby gets very upset when being exposed to cool air. These bundle them up and dry them off a lot faster than a typical towel does. This led me to look into towel wraps for myself, as trying to knot a towel never fit right or felt comfortable. towel wraps have elastic and use a closure like Velcro or snaps to keep it on. Even though these things seem like simple things, they help out with everyday life either way. For out pool days I discovered lounge chair covers that saved me from lugging around a whole bunch of towels. The pockets on the sides of these covers are great for pool toys and snacks. Life really is about the simple things and once you have kids, it can also be about the things that make life a little simpler.
